I purchased two necklaces for our grand daughters for Christmas and was worried that they wouldn't arrive in time but the customer service supplied was exceptional and I'm happy to say that they arrived and the girls loved them. Thank you

Disappointed with delivery time

I placed my order before the Xmas cut off and received an email 2 days later to advise it wouldn't arrive before Xmas. Very disappointed!
